Happy Valentine’s Day! I have not been very present here the past week or so for a few reasons that I’m going to keep private for now. BUT I wanted to pop in to thank you all for the love and support whether I’m here everyday or not. This community is so amazing and you all mean so much to me. Thank you for being my friends and my supporters and for loving the recipes I share with you guys! 😍 I hope everyone is having s great day today, and if you’re not, just make these blueberry thumbprint cookies because I bet they’ll help 🤤😉 .

BLUEBERRY THUMBPRINT COOKIES 
2 c almond flour 
2 flax eggs 
1/2 c nut butter (I did sunflower butter and it was amazing!) 1/4 c maple syrup (can be cut out to be sugar free) 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp baking soda .

Mix everything together a put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Roll into 15 balls and use a spoon or your finger to make a small “bowl” type dent in the middle. Bake at 350 F for 3 minutes. Remove and fill with blueberry jam (any jam works though). Return to oven and bake 12 more minutes.

A big bed of butter lettuce, half an avocado, some bell pepper, and salmon cooked with pink salt, pepper, avo oil, garlic and dill. These sweet potato brownies are fudgey bites of heaven! 🤤 🍫 if you haven’t tried them yet, now is the time. 👏🏼👏🏼 SWEET POTATO BROWNIES 🍫🍠
1 c almond flour 
1/2c tapioca flour 
1 c cacao powder 
1/2 t baking soda 
2/3 c almond butter 
2 c sweet potato purée 
3 flax eggs 
1/4 c maple syrup 
2 t vanilla 
1/2 c sprouted walnuts 
Mix all wet ingredients together, then add in dry except walnuts. Mix well using a stand mixer. Too with walnuts and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until a fork comes out clean! Top with almond butter and strawberries 🍓 #naturallychelsrecipe #chelsbateseats
