Chocolate Topped Tahini Blondies

Seriously, give me all things chocolate and tahini. I am not usually a fan of blondies, but these are everything and they changed my mind about not loving blondies…. because these are HEAVEN! Not even kidding. When I went to do a taste test, I ended up eating an entire piece because it was so dang good.

These blondies are: delicious, fluffy, thick, soft, easy to make, and only 9 ingredients. I know you guys are going to love this recipe! Enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Tahini Blondies

A delicious take on blondies with tahini and a delicious chocolate coating!

  • 1 1/2 c almond flour
  • 1/2 c tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 c tahini
  • 2 eggs flax eggs also work
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1/2 c chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer until it's a smooth batter. 

  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour batter in. 

  4. Bake for 30 minutes. 

  5. When it's done baking, let it cool completely. While it is cooling, melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil. 

  6. Slice into squares and dip or spread the chocolate coating on top!  

  7. Optional: drizzle with extra tahini after the chocolate!
