Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Delectable, minimal, healthier and SO easy! The best treat that you can actually feel good about giving your kids, and yourself. It only takes a few ingredients and a few minutes to whip together, too!
- 1 c garbanzo beans
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1/4 c chocolate chips of choice
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
In a food processor, or blender, add everything but the chocolate chips.
Blend well until creamy and "doughy" texture is achieved.
Mix chocolate in with a rubber spatula and store in a jar in the fridge for up to one week!
