Cinnamon Apple Rings

When I was little, one of my favorite things was my grandmas homemade dried apple rings. They made them from their apple trees in a huge industrial dehydrator and sprinkled loads of cinnamon on before they went in. A few weeks ago, we were at their house, the kids were picking pears, apples, tomatoes and berries from their yard and my grandparents were talking about when they used to make dried fruit. They are the cutest grandparents, and they 100% inspired this SUPER simple, delicious recipe! I hope you guys love these as much as my family does.

Cinnamon Apple Rings

Delicious baked apple slices made with only three simple ingredients and done in about 25 minutes!

  • 3 peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP ceylon cinnamon


  1. Peel and slice apples very thin. I use my kitchenaid spiralizer attachment that peels, cores, and slices. In a bowl, mix in coconut oil and cinnamon with the apples. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of apples!
