Chocolate Pumpkin Almond Butter Bites
A delicious combination of flavors these make the perfect bite-sized treat or snack.
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
Mix together pumpkin, almond butter, spices, honey or syrup. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet in the freezer. While they are setting in the freezer, melt together the chocolate and coconut oil. Dip each bite into the chocolate, sprinkle with salt and freeze again. Keep stored in an air tight container in the freezer.
