I love salmon, but I don’t usually like crusted salmon. This is one that I actually do love and it is so easy, so clean, and so frickin good! My kids devoured this, so it is definitely going in our dinner rotation. I hope your family loves it too!
Primizie Crusted Salmon
4 servings of salmon
1 T. coconut oil
Salt & Pepper
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, dust on paprika, salt, and pepper. In a food processor, add the Primizie Crispbreads, coconut oil, and garlic. After that mixture is a chunky consistency (how chunky or fine you want it processed is up to you!) top the salmon with a thick layer. Bake at 415 degrees for 20 minutes.
