EASY SUPERFOOD LATTE RECIPES

Matcha, turmeric, collagen, OH MY! Three of my favorite things to use in the kitchen. Not only are they in incredible for our health, but they’re all so versatile.

Matcha and turmeric lattes are really popular right now, they’re nutritious AF and also delicious AF. My favorite combo. I get bored of eating and drinking the same things everyday (with some exceptions… PB, coffee, avo toast… you get the picture) so I love mixing things up a bit! Plus it’s a ton of fun coming up with new recipes.

Matcha Latte:

2 t. matcha powder

1 t. maca powder

1 medjool date (spirulina or honey)

Vanilla

Cinnamon

12 oz almond, coconut, or cashew milk

Turmeric Latte:

1 t. turmeric powder

1 t. maca powder

1 medjool date (honey or spirulina)

vanilla

cinnamon

black pepper

12 oz favorite nut milk

Matcha Turmeric Latte:

1 t. matcha

1 t. turmeric

1 t. maca powder

1 date (spirulina or honey)

vanilla

cinnamon

black pepper

12 oz. nut milk

Other Additions:

Collagen (I almost always add this to mine)

Ashwaghanda

Sun Potion

Moon Juice Dusts

Coconut butter

Cacao butter

Coconut oil

Any herb/supplement you are taking!

You can also serve any of these hot or iced! I prefer iced, so I blend all ingredients in my Vitamix, and pour over ice. Or you can blend and heat it up! Either way, they are so good!

  1. I saw the end of a segment you were on yesterday on TV. You were talking about something you added to your Lattes to help anxiety. I’m looking for more information.

    1. Hi Lori! I post more about this on my Instagram but I am also working on an anxiety blog post. I love to add maca root powder and ashwaghanda powder to my lattes and smoothies. Both are supplements I rely on personally for my postpartum anxiety and depression. Collagen is great for anxiety and mood too! Hope this helps ❤️
