Bars have kind of become their own food group and in our house they’re a necessity. Toddlers love bars and they’re such a great snack to have on hand. I’ve been making these homemade ones and we are all drooling over them, so I wanted to share! 
They’re so easy and so full of yummy super-food ingredients. They taste more like a cookie than a granola bar, honestly! But they have no sugar OR gluten! 

Here’s the recipe: 

1 jar Justin’s creamy peanut butter 

2 cups gluten free oats

1/2 cup cacao nibs 

2/3 cup raw local honey 

1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla 

1 teaspoon maca powder 

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all together in a large bowl, press into a baking dish (depending on how thick you want them!) 

Freeze for 2 hours and devour 🤤
