15 oz. Hope Foods spicy avocado hummus

2 c. dry Ancient Grains gluten free pasta or whatever your favorite pasta is

1 large bunch kale

 your favorite vegan super food patties


Cook pasta as according to package. Chop the kale, and sautee with evoo, s+p, fresh garlic.  I broil the super food vegan patties we like on 350 until browned and lightly crispy on the outside! When the pasta is cooked and drained, add in the hummus and kale. Top with the vegan patty.

That’s all! This dinner is easy, fast, and crazy nutritious! I love that we can use Hope Foods Hummus for so many great things. It’s such a delicious, creamy, vegan pasta sauce. The spicy avocado flavor is just a little spicy, and full of flavor. I love that I don’t even have to add any more spices to it! Hope Foods caries a large variety of flavors that you can use in so many ways, and they make great sauces all on their own.
