CLEAN EATING SMASH CAKE 


3 ripe bananas 

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 

1/4 cup coconut oil 

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking soda 

1 1/2 cup flour 

1 tablespoon vanilla 

2 teaspoons cinnamon 

1 teaspoon Molasses 

I love minimal baking, so I toss all the ingredients in my mixer and let it go! Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. 

It’s healthy and delicious! I top it with some coconut cream.
