HEALTHY HABITS FOR A HEALTHY MAMA

There are many things I feel passionate about. Healthy living is high up on the list. While I could inhale chocolate chip cookies and coffee at every meal, I really try to be as healthy as I can be. Self care is so important, and it’s also incredibly hard. Especially for parents. We give and give and give and sometimes forget to refill our cups.

I’ve been making huge efforts to take better care of myself. After all, my family deserves the best version of myself and so do I!

Postpartum is really rough for me. Really rough. And I have found that the healthier I eat, the better I feel every day.

I am super excited to have teamed up with Vive Juicery to share an incredibly easy way to be healthy. Their juices are cold pressed, leaving all the amazing nutrients of each fruit and vegetable they use to make the juice. Everything is local and FRESH. And most importantly, it’s all so delicious!

My family went in for a ten juice flight sampling and seriously got hooked! I was actually full from all the juices because they’re so nutrient dense!!!

Also, I’m obsessed with their cold brew. It’s locally made cold brew coffee blended with their amazingly delicious and healthy almond milk and it’s just soooooo good!

They also offer juice cleanses for those interested. You can use my name Tessa Marie online or in store to get 15% off a 3-day cleanse now until September 15th!

Let me know if you try any of their juices and what you think!

Thanks so much for reading my post. If love to hear how you take care of yourself and make healthy choices? Let me know in the comments.

xx
