HEALTHY HABITS FOR A HEALTHY MAMA

There are many things I feel passionate about. Healthy living is high up on the list. While I could inhale chocolate chip cookies and coffee at every meal, I really try to be as healthy as I can be. Self care is so important, and it’s also incredibly hard. Especially for parents. We give and give and give and sometimes forget to refill our cups.

I’ve been making huge efforts to take better care of myself. After all, my family deserves the best version of myself and so do I!

Postpartum is really rough for me. Really rough. And I have found that the healthier I eat, the better I feel every day.
